After capturing the attention and encouragement of some of Manitoba’s finest folk musicians (Dan Frechette, Jeremy Rusu and more) at local coffee shops, Emma Cloney decided to record some of her favourite songs for her new CD. Produced by Jason Gordon (Studio 11), no topic is off limits – from a heartwarming tribute to a friend battling cancer (”The Anthem”) to a lullaby about watching her daughter grow up too fast in “Mustang Dreamer”.

Indeed, Emma Cloney has something to say with her new album – and with a rapidly rising following of fans and well-respected musicians, they’re eager to hear more.
