Biography

With his deep blue eyes, disarming smile and cool, calm demeanor, James Struthers may be a 23 year old heartthrob; but his allure goes far beyond the sightlines. He’s also an incredibly gifted songwriter and guitarist with a soulful voice and a young, aspiring business man with relentless, DIY work ethic.

“Nothing worth doing in life comes easy, but it doesn’t feel like work to me,” says Struthers “…I feel very lucky that I’ve found what I love in life, and even more lucky that I wake up every morning and get to do it.”

He’s toured the country 7 times, released 2 EPs, 4 music videos, and has cracked the Canadian AC charts with his festive single ‘Blue Christmas’ in under 2 years.

And there are no signs of stopping anytime soon. He and WCMA award winning ‘Producer Of The Year’ Arun Chaturvedi are working on a full length album to be released in the spring, which will be accompanied by North American tour dates.

“He’s prolific..
